It has the power to help your organization engage learners of all ages in STEM practices – active, hands-on learning that provides opportunities to create solutions to real-world problems. Increasing exposure to the real work of computer programmers, scientists, engineers, and other professions will encourage learners to form their own STEM identity and pursue STEM careers in college or trade school.
